Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Navaro AI (“Navaro,” “we,” “us”). Navaro AI is the public operator and service name. By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using Navaro, you agree to these Terms. The separate Privacy Policy explains how Navaro processes information.
The service
Navaro provides browser-based memory, Projects, Save, Inject, Smart Memory, semantic retrieval, optional Full Workflow Memory, Manual Memory, workflow continuity, platform and model identification, account functionality, and related features across supported AI services and websites. Supported platforms, models and features may change as Navaro and third-party services evolve.
Accounts and eligibility
Navaro is intended for users aged 18 or older. You may create or use a Navaro account only if you are at least 18 and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, keeping credentials secure, providing accurate information where required, and reporting unauthorized access. Do not sell, transfer or share an account to bypass security or account controls.
Save, Full Workflow Memory and Manual Memory
Save lets you intentionally store supported content in personal Navaro memory. Full Workflow Memory is an optional mode that may process supported submitted prompts, completed AI responses and workflow information without a manual Save after you explicitly enable it. Manual Memory remains available and does not automatically capture unsaved interactions. Details and controls are described in the Privacy Policy.
Smart Memory and Inject
Smart Memory may retrieve context that appears relevant to your work. Inject places context you select into a supported third-party AI composer. You are responsible for reviewing selected and injected content, confirming the destination, and deciding how to use any resulting output. Navaro does not guarantee perfect retrieval, injection, model detection or compatibility.
User content
You retain rights you already hold in content you provide. You authorize Navaro to store, process, synchronize, retrieve and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you enable and as described in the Privacy Policy. Optional research use remains subject to the separate research choice.
Third-party content and services
You must have the right or permission to save, import, reproduce, inject or redistribute content from websites, messages, social networks, product pages, code repositories and other sources. Navaro does not grant ownership of third-party content or remove copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contract or platform restrictions.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Kimi, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Supabase, Google, Apple and other supported platforms and providers are independent third parties unless expressly stated otherwise. Their terms, policies, availability and technical changes continue to apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use Navaro to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; collect personal information without authorization; distribute malware; steal credentials; bypass security or platform controls; interfere with Navaro or third-party systems; create fraudulent accounts; unlawfully impersonate others; or store or distribute unlawful content.
Credentials and sensitive information
Navaro is not a password manager or secrets-management service. Do not intentionally save passwords, authentication tokens, private API keys, card details or similar credentials as ordinary memory or workflow content.
AI outputs and professional use
Third-party AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, offensive or unsuitable. Navaro primarily stores and transfers context and does not guarantee AI output. Navaro does not provide legal, medical or financial advice. Independently verify important information and use qualified professional judgment where appropriate.
Availability and changes
Navaro is provided on an “as available” basis and may experience errors, downtime or integration failures. Features may be added, modified or discontinued, and third-party website changes may affect compatibility. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
Security incidents
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If Navaro becomes aware of a qualifying data-security incident, Navaro may investigate, contain and remediate it and will provide notices to affected users or competent authorities when required by applicable law. Intellectual property
Navaro retains its rights in the extension, software, branding, logos, interface, proprietary technology and documentation. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service. Nothing transfers ownership of Navaro technology or branding to you.
Suspension and termination
Navaro may suspend or terminate access for material Terms violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct or deliberate circumvention of security or account controls, with notice where appropriate. You may stop using Navaro and may use available account and data controls described in the product and Privacy Policy.
Business transfers
If Navaro is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring or sale of assets, relevant information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law, appropriate safeguards, notices and any consent required by law. This does not permit an unrestricted sale of user data.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Navaro disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of Navaro or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these Terms
Navaro may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date and version will be updated. Material changes will be communicated, and renewed acceptance will be requested where required.
